1P Supply Expansion: Led the 1P supply expansion program in the EU, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to improve demand and supply planning and effectively scale Amazon's in-house transportation routing services and partner network: a) Onboarded two evolving business flows (Amazon Freight, Amazon Shipping) into the in-house capacity and route planning system, laying the foundation to absorb external customer demand outside of the Amazon network and unlock 12x growth potential. b) Established a mechanism to improve the long-term resource planning process, involving 5 cross-functional teams.
